This section provides instructions for paying for hotel services and a bank card
Public Offer Contract
This contract is a public offer. The user shall, individually and directly, engage in the contract with Unitary Hotel Service Enterprise “Tourist" Hotel Complex” (hereinafter – the Hotel) to book a hotel accommodation under the terms and conditions as specified on the Hotel’s web site. The contract shall come into force as soon as the user completes the online booking procedure. By booking, the user (hereinafter – the Guest) agrees to the terms and conditions of this contract.
Reservation types and payment terms
An unguaranteed reservation( by Hotel’s web site or by phone/e-mail, payment upon arrival at the hotel) means we will reserve the accommodation for you till 7 pm on the specified check-in day.
A guaranteed reservation(by Hotel’s web site with 100% prepayment for 1 night and subsequent payment for the next period of accommodation at the hotel)means we will reserve the accommodation for you for the entire period you specified in the course of booking. The reservation shall be valid for 24 hours, till 12 am.
Attention! In case you fail to arrive or cancel the reservation less than 24 hours before the specified check-in date, the Hotel will charge a fine at the rate of 100% price per night, and cancel the reservation.
You cannot cancel non-refundable reservations free-of-charge!
To book an accommodation online, individuals are to submit an application form via the Hotel’s web site. To do this, they have to fill in the mandatory fields of the application form and make a payment as appropriate.

Make sure to keep the card checks (confirming the online payment) if you pay with your bank card, so that we could verify those against your card account statement to evidence any disputed transaction.
Cancellation terms
Making a reservation at the Hotel, the Guest shall accept and agree to the cancellation terms and the terms applicable to non-arrival cases.
Attention! Some tariffs or special requirements are not subject to cancellation or change and will be non-refundable!
If you cancel the reservation on the official website http://www.hotel-tourist.by we will reimburse the amount you paid, within the term as specified, to the bank card you used for the payment.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours of check-in date) and non-arrivals shall be punishable as specified in the contract (the terms and conditions of a special offers and actions), at the Hotel’s contract: compensation in the amount of 100% of the first night cost without breakfast
The Hotel shall not be liable for any cancellations made by word.
Refunds with actual crediting of money to the Guest’s bank card account can take up to 30 days, depending on the terms and conditions of the interbank processing centers and the banks involved in the transaction. Refunds are made to the same bank card account that was used for the reservation payments!

How to pay with a Card via WebPay payment system
1.The guest has the possibility to choose the room and additional service with the subsequent ordering on our website. For making a reservation you should choose the check-in date, check-out date, the room you like, the amount of guests, additional services.
2. After the final approval of the above p1. terms of order, in billing payment system formed an electronic bill for 100% payment, or payment of the first night cost. To accomplish the payment procedure and safety and security payment arrangements relaying will happen due to Webpay payment system. Detailed payment operation via credit card online is absolutely safety and security. Personal data and card details will be entered on a special secure authorization page of the WEBPAY payment system. Аccess to this page will be via transport layer security (TLS). To verify cardholder authentication use such modern protective methods information such as VerifiedByVisa and MasterCardSecureCode. For payment we approve such cards as БЕЛКАРТ, VISA и MasterCard all types. We recommend you to ask your bank in advance whether your card can use for payment online. Attention! We do not access the AmericanExpress card to pay via WEBPAY payment system.3. After you choose the room type, additional service, entering your personal information, you will be readdress to secure page to complete the payment procedure from your personal bank card. After a successful payment, the guest automatically receives a notification to his email address.
4. Pay your attention that WEBPAY online payment system do not charge a fee for the transfer of money from the card account. About possible fees for currency conversion and card account operations, check with the issuing bank where your card account is opened. Accommodation services are paid in Belarusian rubles (BYN).
Reservation сancellation
- for standard guaranteed reservations: cancellation of a reservation no later than 1 (one) day before the date of arrival is made without compensation;
- for non-refundable rates: free cancellation is not possible. In case of cancellation and/or no-show, a refund of 100% of the reservation value will be charged.
Reservation cancellation the guest should make by his own, click to the url address «reservation cancellation» in voucher or inform the hotel about the cancellation by e-mail, that must be sent to the following address office@hotel-tourist.by.
A documented cancellation request is considered to be only request in a written form. The hotel is not responsible for the reservation cancellation made orally.
To pay with a plastic card reserved rooms and additional services, you need to perform a few steps.
After agreeing on all booking conditions, automatically you will transfer to the safety payment page of WEBPAY payment system.
