1. Is early check-in/late check-out possible?
Yes, this service is available subject to payment of 50% of the room rate upon check-in.
2. Is room service (food delivery) available?
Unfortunately, our hotel does not provide room service (food delivery to rooms).
3. Are pets allowed?
Staying with pets is strictly prohibited in the "Tourist" Hotel Complex.
4. What dining options are available for guests?
At the "Tourist" Hotel Complex, you can visit our restaurant, which serves a daily "Swedish Table" breakfast (7:00–10:00) and set lunches.
5. Can I book excursions?
Yes, excursions can be booked at our Travel and Excursion Bureau at: 30 M. Tank Street, or by phone: +375 29 103 88 55 (A1).
6. Does the hotel have laundry services?
For your convenience, an ironing and clothing care room is available on the 15th floor.
7. What are the parking conditions?
The "Orbita" Hotel Complex provides guests with free parking in an open lot.
Parking rates:

For hotel guests — free (except for vehicles over 5 tons and buses with 20+ seats — 15 BYN).

For visitors:
30 minutes — free,
each additional hour — 2 BYN.
Monthly pass — 45 BYN.
8. Do you organize transfers?
We can arrange transportation from the hotel to the airport or train station. To do this, please inform the reception in advance.

9. What payment methods are accepted for accommodation?
We accept payment via:

• BELKART and MIR bank cards,
• the ERIP system,
• cash.

Foreign cards are not accepted!

Yes, free luggage storage is available for hotel guests. Please contact the security desk.
